Life causes all of us to lose ourselves. Be it the stress, pressure and activities of everyday living or perhaps the impact of a global pandemic. From time-to-time, we must actively fight to return to our self — our true self.
So much is out of our control these days but we do have control of how we show up and engage with others. Let’s reach past what we do and take time to explore who we really are.
One day, we will be able to hug again, high five again and be socially near again — let’s be prepared to savor it.
It is not all good — nor is it all bad. Be willing to accept that things are complicated these days. Be bold in your commitment to honestly share the messy but also proudly claim the successes along the way.
